On June 6, 2020, the MIGRAKOLLOQ – an interdisciplinary PhD Colloquium on migration politics and policies – will meet for the third time and invites all interested early stage researchers (PhD researchers, post-docs in an early stage, master students who are writing their thesis in the field of migration policies and politics) to present their research projects.
The colloquium will be held at Goethe-University Frankfurt am Main. The MIGRAKOLLOQ creates a space for mutual support and peer networks. Participants can present their research, which we will subsequently discuss in a peer-to-peer framework. Depending on the state of the project, participants can present conceptual ideas, the research design or study results.
In order to register for presentation, please send an e-mail to Marlene Neumann (maneumann[at]uos.de) until March 31, 2020. Please indicate your name, your home institution and the topic of your research project as well as the topic of the presentation and include an abstract of up to 300 words. Participants who do not wish to present their research but who would like to participate are also warmly welcome and are also kindly requested to indicate their participation to Marlene Neumann.
Since the MIGRAKOLLOQ is a self-organized colloquium, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse travel and accommodation costs. For drinks and snacks on the day, we are asking for a small fee of 5 euros.
Thank you very much and kind regards
The MIGRAKOLLOQ organization team
